SHIPPING

The Shipping Fees are listed on every auction page. Please scroll to the middle of the page for the shipping.

Shipping rates for the US, Canada, and the rest of the world are detailed on each of our eBay auction listings. We ship to every corner of the globe including APO/Military.
There are 3 rates for shipping :
- U.S. (domestic)
- Canada, AK, HI, PR Guam, Mexico and APO/Military (local International)
- Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, Australia and everywhere else (distant international)
Read the actual auction page for the shipping rates for that auction.

Shipping charges are fixed-rate. We Use UPS, FedEx, DHL or U.S. Postal Service for US and Canadian shipments. We ship U.S. Postal Service Airmail for all other international destinations.
Please provide a physical address (work or home) and daytime phone number.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouses in Los Angeles, CA and Carlsbad, CA. Once your order is processed and shipped, it usually takes 1-5 business days for domestic ground shipments, depending on how far away you are.
International Shipments take longer. Anywhere from 10-15 business days
Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

We usually ship the next business day after we receive payment. Sometimes 2 or 3. We try to ship same day if Express shipping is paid for.

Tracking or Delivery confirmation numbers are provided via automated email sometime after your order ships. You should receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number within one business day of shipment of your order. International packages will have a customs number which you can usually track on usps.com

We use Fedex, UPS, DHL and the US post office as carriers.



RETURN POLICY

We have one of the best return policies on eBay

45 Days - No Questions Asked - Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us for an RMA number and return it in it's original condition for a full refund, less shipping fees.
It's as easy as that!

If an item is defective, we will replace the item. If an item is damaged during shipping, and the optional shipping insurance is purchased, we will handle the insurance claim and send a replacement right away.

Software, Books, DVDs, CDs and Videos are exempt from the 30 day, no questions asked return policy.

WE WILL REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RMA NUMBER. It's easy to get. Just call us and let us know that you want to return something and we will assign you an RMA number and give you instructions for returning your product.

PAYMENTS

All Prices are in U.S. $

Payment is due within 5 business days of the end of the auction.
Extra time will be given for International buyers.

We accept Visa and Mastercard directly in our secure checkout. You can also use PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks . All payments must be made in U.S.$. We do not accept personal checks from international buyers. You can use Amex and Discover cards through PayPal

We use our customized checkout system in order to provide you with better service and automated tracking of your order.

To Pay for an auction, you can either click on the "Pay Now" button at the top of the auction page, or click on the link in the automated winning bidder email that will be sent to you after the auction ends.

Even if you are going to use paypal, or send in a check, you must checkout through one of these links.

Please help us provide you with better service by including a daytime phone number, in case the shipper needs to contact you about your package. Any other notes you would like to make about your order or shipment can be made during checkout. We will NOT use your personal info or sell your information to a 3rd party.

If sending a check or money order, please write the eBay auction # on the check itself.
Also include your shipping address and email address on the check or on a note accompanying the payment.
It is a good idea to print out a copy of the order details / invoice page during checkout and send it with the payment

Personal checks must clear before order is shipped.

Will Call/ Customer Pickup is cash only.
